01. DATA_CONTROLLER_SPEC

The Data Controller (Art. 4 (7) GDPR) is Alexander Samuelsen-Manso. Interaction with xelA (Site or Bot) constitutes full agreement to these processing protocols.

02. COLLECTION_VECTORS

HTTP_ENDPOINT [https://droot.is-a.dev]

Automatic metadata collection: IP addresses, access timestamps, and page URI. Used strictly for DDoS prevention and service recovery. No tracking cookies are deployed.

DISCORD_GATEWAY [root Bot]

Real-time message processing occurs to provide moderation and command execution. Data persistence is triggered only by specific opt-in modules. Removing the bot triggers a permanent guild-data wipe.

For the Message Manager Service, root operates as a DATA_PROCESSOR. The Server Owner is the DATA_CONTROLLER.

Owners must inform users of active message logging.
Data is not profiled, analyzed, or shared with third parties.
Non-compliance results in immediate API access revocation.
